FAQs for trustees
FAQs for trustees
How do you charge?
Our SMSF advice fees range depending on the advice, however, we always quote upfront.
Our SMSF compliance fees are based on the size of your Fund categorised from small, medium to large. We determine the size by the number of investments held at the end of each financial year. Therefore, you have a good understanding of what your fees will be each year.
If a major change occurs within your Fund, generally there are other administration requirements. For example, starting a pension, purchasing a property or change of members. Concise Super will prepare all the necessary documents to ensure your Fund is compliant. We will inform you upfront about the documents and the associated fees.
The team at Concise Super do not charge for phone calls or emails. We encourage all our clients to call and email us frequently regarding any matter to their SMSF. It is important to be proactive rather reactive, so we prefer you keep us in the loop of what is happening in your Fund, so we can alert you of any compliant responsibilities and or actions that are required. We don’t want you to be concerned with fees and charges just because we had a conversion.
Do you charge for the first meeting?
No. Our first meeting is complimentary because we want to get to know you and understand your needs. We also want you to get to know us.
Actually, most of our meetings are complimentary, unless we state otherwise.
